Moe’s Shabbat Broccoli
You’ll Need:
- 1 head of broccoli (cut into small-medium florets)
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- Granulated garlic
- Onion powder
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In large bowl, add broccoli and granulated garlic, onion powder and salt & pepper to taste. - Lightly drizzle olive oil over broccoli to coat.
- Spread broccoli in a single layer on baking sheet and roast in the over for about
- 10 minutes or until roasted to your desired crispiness.
- Let cool and enjoy!
Moe’s Strawberry Salad Dressing
You’ll need:
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- 3/4 cups vinger
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 ½ cups non-dairy creamer
- 1/3 cup poppy seeds
Mix all together and serve over your favorite greens with strawberries mixed in!
