Chef Moe’s Shabbat Dinner Sides

Missing camp and want to celebrate at home with a camp-style Shabbat dinner? Here are some recipes from Chef Moe you can try at home!

Moe’s Shabbat Broccoli

You’ll Need:

  • 1 head of broccoli (cut into small-medium florets)
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • Granulated garlic
  • Onion powder
  • Salt & pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    In large bowl, add broccoli and granulated garlic, onion powder and salt & pepper to taste.
  2. Lightly drizzle olive oil over broccoli to coat.
  3. Spread broccoli in a single layer on baking sheet and roast in the over for about
  4. 10 minutes or until roasted to your desired crispiness.
  5. Let cool and enjoy!

Moe’s Strawberry Salad Dressing

You’ll need:

  • 3 cups mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cups vinger
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 ½ cups non-dairy creamer
  • 1/3 cup poppy seeds

Mix all together and serve over your favorite greens with strawberries mixed in!
